He punched him and knocked him out but the bus driver passed out from the commotion so he drove the bus. The highjacker then wakes up and starts choking Kramer while he's driving the bus. He fights him off and kicks him off at the next bus stop. He makes all the stops because "people kept ringing the bell". LOL.
